Premises we clean
External work, from the ground, on a schedule. If it has glass and a gutter line and we can get a pole to it, it is probably a job we do.
Offices and business units
Regular scheduled cleans so it never gets to the point where anyone has to ring up and ask.
Pubs and licensed premises
Windows, frames and sills done externally, worked around opening times where we can.
Care homes and surgeries
Done from outside with a pole, so nobody is disturbed and nothing comes indoors.
Communal blocks and social housing
Stairwell glass, entrance screens and flat windows on a set schedule. There is a separate page for housing associations, ALMOs and block managers.
Schools and nurseries
Scheduled in blocks rather than piecemeal, so it fits around the site rather than interrupting it.
Industrial and trade units
Including gutter clearing and fascias, which on a big roof line is usually the job that actually matters.
Where we are probably not the right people
Small retail units and salons are usually better off with whoever already does their glass inside and out for a few pounds. We work externally with a water-fed pole, and on a small shopfront that is not the service you actually want. Saying so up front saves everyone a conversation that was never going to end in a price you would accept.
Same with anything that needs access equipment beyond a pole from the ground. We will tell you that on the first message and, where we can, point you at someone who does that kind of work.
Why price it per site rather than publish a list
Domestic prices are published on this site because a house is a house. Commercial glass is not comparable in the same way: a care home, a two-storey office with a hundred panes, and a trade unit with fifty metres of gutter are three completely different jobs, and any published figure would be wrong for two of them.
So you get a real price for your actual premises instead. Send the address and how often you want it doing. There is no obligation, no sales visit unless you ask for one, and the price quoted is the price paid.

How high can you reach?
Everything is done from the ground with a water-fed pole. That covers the large majority of commercial premises around Doncaster: single and two-storey offices, units, care homes and schools. If your building needs access equipment beyond that, we will say so rather than take the job on and let you down, and where we can we will point you at someone who does that kind of work. We would rather you got it done properly by somebody else than badly by us.
What does commercial work cost?
It is priced per site rather than off a list, because a small unit and a two-storey office block are not the same job. Send an address, a rough idea of the glass and how often you want it done, and you will get a price back. No obligation and no sales visit unless you want one.
How often would you come?
Whatever suits the premises. Domestic work runs on a six-weekly round; commercial is more often monthly, fortnightly or weekly for street-facing glass. It is agreed up front and then it just happens without you chasing it.
Do we need to be there?
No. It is all external, so as long as we can reach the glass there is nothing you need to do. If your site has an access procedure, tell us what it is and we will work to it.
Are you insured?
Public liability insured. Tell us what your site needs on file before a first visit and we will send it over.
Do you do gutters and fascias on commercial buildings?
Yes, and on a commercial roof line it is often the more important job. Blocked gutters on a unit or a care home cause water ingress, and that gets expensive long before anyone notices the windows.
Who actually turns up?
Our own team. On commercial work it is often not Ash or Tom personally, and we would rather say that than pretend otherwise. Whoever comes works to the same standard on the same equipment, and Ash and Tom are still who you deal with when you want something sorted.
