For landlords and agents

Window cleaners for landlords across Doncaster.

Windows, gutters, fascias and soffits on rental property. Properties go on the regular six-weekly round, with one point of contact whether it is one house or a dozen.

Why landlords bother with this at all

Blocked gutters are a repair bill, not a tidiness problem

Overflowing gutters put water down the wall, and damp behind a wall is a deposit dispute, a disrepair claim, or a bill with a nought on the end. Clearing them on a schedule is the cheapest maintenance you will ever buy on a rental property.

One person to deal with, across the lot

You message Ash or Tom, the owners, not a call centre. Whether it is one terrace or a dozen properties across Doncaster, you deal with the same two people every time. The cleaner on the day might be one of them or one of the team, but the person you ring does not change.

Tenants do not have to be in

Everything is done from outside with a water-fed pole, so nobody needs to take a day off or hand over a key. That matters when you are coordinating access across several tenancies.

A property on the round always shows well

The reason we put rentals on the regular six-weekly round rather than cleaning them between tenancies is that a property already on the round is ready when you need it. No scramble before viewings, no waiting for a slot at the busiest time of year.

What we do, and what it starts at

Window Cleaning

From £18

Ultra pure water for a streak-free finish on glass, frames, sills and doors. No hidden extras.

Gutter Cleaning

Blocked gutters cleared and flushed from the ground. No mess, no fuss, water flowing where it should.

Fascia & Soffit Cleaning

From £80

Gently clean away stubborn dirt and grime so fascias and soffits come back bright.

Conservatory Roof Cleaning

From £80

Questions landlords ask

Do you work with letting agents as well as private landlords?

Yes. The arrangement is the same either way: agreed properties, an agreed frequency, and one point of contact. Tell us how you want the work reported back and we will do it that way.

Can you do a one-off clean between tenancies?

Not for windows, and we would rather explain why than just say no. A one-off has to be priced at roughly double a regular clean, because the glass has had months to get dirty and there is no repeat work behind it. On a £30 house that means £60, and nobody should pay that. Windows go on the regular six-weekly round instead. Gutters, fascias and conservatory roofs are different: those are one-off jobs by nature and we are happy to do them on their own.

What does it cost for a rental property?

The same starting prices as any other house: window cleaning from £18, gutter clearing from £70, fascias and soffits from £80. The final price depends on the property. If you have several, send the addresses and you will get one price back covering the lot.

Do you do flats?

Ground-floor flats and low-rise, yes. Anything that needs access equipment beyond a water-fed pole, no — we will say so rather than take the job and let you down.

Are you insured?

Public liability insured. The certificate is available on request, which agents usually want on file before the first visit.

Which areas do you cover?

Doncaster and a wide area around it, out to Rotherham, Pontefract, Scunthorpe and the Isle of Axholme. The full list is on the areas page.
